Alina Habba is a lawyer and legal professional based in New Jersey. As a Managing Partner at Habba Madaio & Associates, LLP, Alina Habba provides legal counsel in various areas such as transactional real estate, business counseling, and family law. She co-founded the firm with her partners in March 2020, and it has quickly gained a positive reputation in the industry. The firm has experienced substantial growth since then, with new team members joining its ranks. Together, the team brings decades of experience addressing various legal concerns, from two-party lawsuits to complex multi-party litigations.

As a lawyer, Alina Habba has a license to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. Alina is a member of many boards and legal organizations. For example, she is an active New Jersey Bar Association member. Other organizations she’s involved in include the New Hampshire State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Previously, Alina served on the Insurance Defense Committee and the Equity Jurisprudence Committee.

Alina Habba’s journey toward becoming the lawyer of her dreams began with her pursuit of education. Her academic journey commenced with her enrollment at Lehigh University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. A couple of years later, she pursued higher education again and attended Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where she successfully earned her J.D. (Juris Doctor). Despite acquiring her degrees, Alina Habba did not stop seeking opportunities for further learning. She recognized the significance of continuing education and completed Leading Professional Service Firms courses at the Harvard Business School of Executive Education. This added knowledge, and experience helped her advance her career significantly.

Alina Habba began her journey in the legal field by securing a position as an intern for Judge Eugene Codey Jr. She worked with him at the Civil Superior Court in Essex County, New Jersey, where she was entrusted with several essential tasks. This allowed Judge Codey and others to tackle critical tasks as they arose. Later, Alina interned at the City Solicitor’s Office, eventually leading to a Law Clerk position at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Her experience and hard work propelled her towards founding her own firm in due course. She also served as an Associate for Tompkins, McGuire, Wachenfeld, & Barry, LLP, and most recently as a Managing Partner for Sandelands Eyet LLP. This latter position paved the way for her current career path, where she leverages her expertise to assist clients in resolving complex legal issues. Through her diverse experiences, Alina has honed her legal skills and expertise, establishing herself as a reputable lawyer.

On a more personal note, Alina Habba is happily married with two children. She loves her family and couldn’t feel luckier about having them in her life.
